And we’re very pleased to announce that Onteca have signed up to Pingflux and are the first team to make use of it in their upcoming “Cannon Defence: American Civil War Edition”, a multi platform release on iOS and Android. We’ve just completed our bookings for this year’s GDC Europe and Gamescom, taking place in Cologne in Germany from August 13 – 18. It’s always a great week, packed full with meetings, catching up with contacts, listening to industry peers share their experiences, the European Games Awards and yes, the odd party and a bit of socialising over a Koelsch.

The North West Fund for Digital & Creative, managed by AXM Venture Capital Limited, has made a six-figure equity investment into Setgo Ltd, a Liverpool-based developer of analytics software and technology for the computer games industry.
The investment from The North West Fund for Digital & Creative, which is part of the £185m North West Fund financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the European Investment Bank, will support Setgo’s software development and roll-out to its customers.

Setgo today announced that Connect2Media, a leading mobile publisher, joined the early access programme for Setgo Analytics as a Tier 1 Technology Partner. Under the terms of the agreement, Connect2Media will track and analyse player behaviour in forthcoming Freemium games for Android and other mobile platforms using Setgo Analytics.
